TO THE COURT, ALL PARTIES, AND THEIR ATTORNEYS OF RECORD:
WHEREAS, Defendants CARMEN VICTORIA IBARRA, VALARIE COX, CHRISTINA TORRES, MARCELINA TORRES, and MARGARITA TORRES ("Stipulating Defendants") have each been served with process in the above-captioned matter;
