STIPULATION FOR DISMISSAL AND NOTICE OF DISMISSAL AS TO CERTAIN DEFENDANTS; ORDER THEREON

TO THE COURT, ALL PARTIES, AND ATTORNEYS OF RECORD:

Pursuant to Stipulation and Fed. Rules Civ. Proc. Rule 41(1)(A)(i), plaintiffs MICHELLE LOFTIS and SANDRA HOYOPATUBBI only, herein dismiss COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, SHERIFF STEVE MOORE, in his official capacity as Sheriff of San Joaquin County and STEVE MOORE, individually.

This Dismissal shall be with prejudice with each side to bear its own fees and costs.

ORDER

In accordance with the foregoing stipulation, and good cause appearing, IT IS SO ORDERED.
