Both parties in the above-captioned case have consented to magistrate judge jurisdiction over this case for all purposes, including trial and entry of final judgment, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §636(a)(5) and (c). (Doc. Nos. 8 at 1; 11 at 8.)1 Accordingly, this court reassigns the action to United States Magistrate Judge Jennifer L. Thurston for all further proceedings pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(c)(1).
