ORDER ADOPTING MAGISTRATE JUDGE'S MEMORANDUM AND RECOMMENDATION
SIM LAKE, District Judge.
Having reviewed de novo the Magistrate Judge's Memorandum and Recommendation (Docket Entry No. 14) dated July 29, 2019,2 the court is of the opinion that said Memorandum and Recommendation should be adopted by this court.
It is, therefore, ORDERED that the Memorandum and Recommendation is hereby ADOPTED by this court.

1. Carolyn Colvin was the Acting Commissioner of the Social Security Administration ("SSA") at the time that Plaintiff filed this case but no longer holds that position. Andrew Saul is now Commissioner of the SSA and, as such, is automatically substituted as the defendant in this case. See 42 U.S.C. § 405(g); Fed. R. Civ. P. 25(d).
2. The parties filed no objections to the Memorandum and Recommendation.
