JOINT STIPULATION TO CONTINUE DISCOVERY DEADLINES; [PROPOSED] ORDER THEREON

JON S. TIGAR, District Judge.
Pursuant to Locale Rule 6-2, Plaintiff Ermelinda Whitney and Defendant Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., by and through undersigned counsel, hereby stipulate and request a continuance of discovery deadlines currently set forth in the Court's Scheduling Order (ECF No. 13).
The parties engaged in a mediation session on January 4, 2017. Thereafter, the parties engaged in limited discovery to facilitate further settlement discussions and possible settlement.
The parties jointly agree that to facilitate further settlement discussions and complete full discovery in this case, the discovery deadlines currently set forth in the Court's Scheduling Order should be extended. The parties have not previously requested extend deadlines in the Order. Additionally, such extension will have no effect on the trial date in this case.
The parties hereby stipulate and propose that the dates set forth in the Court's Scheduling Order (ECF No. 13) should be changed to the following dates:
