[PROPOSED] ORDER
VIRGINIA A. PHILLIPS, Chief District Judge.
GOOD CAUSE APPEARING as set forth in the Parties' Stipulation for Voluntary Dismissal with Prejudice Pursuant to F.R.C.P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), it is hereby ordered that the above-captioned action is voluntarily dismissed with prejudice and in its entirety, pursuant to F.R.C.P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), although any PAGA claims on behalf of others hereby are dismissed without prejudice. Pursuant to the confidential Settlement and General Release Agreement executed by Plaintiff on June 15, 2018 ("Settlement Agreement"), the Parties further stipulate that the Settlement Agreement shall control regarding the Parties' attorney's fees, costs and expenses.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
