JUDGMENT IN A CIVIL CASE

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:

On March 30, 2017, the Court issued its order resolving the parties' dispositive cross-motions. [Doc. No. 92.] In its March 30, 2017 order, the Court found that Defendants Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr.1 and the State of California (Defendants) are entitled to summary judgment on all claims for relief in Plaintiffs the Chemehuevi Indian Tribe and the Chicken Ranch Rancheria of Me-Wuk Indian's (Plaintiffs) Complaint for Declaratory and Injunctive Relief. [Doc. No. 1.] The Court concludes that for the reasons stated in its March 30, 2017 order, judgment shall issue in favor of Defendants and against Plaintiffs. The Clerk of the Court is hereby directed to enter judgment in favor of Defendants and against Plaintiffs as to all claims in Plaintiffs' Complaint for Declaratory and Injunctive Relief.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
