Accordingly, the Court ADOPTS the Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge as its opinion and DISMISSES Plaintiff's claims against Laurens County Sheriff Office, claims for injunctive relief, and official capacity claims against Defendants. SO ORDERED.
