Defendants ANNA LUFTI, ANTON LUFTI, AMIN LUFTI and CLARA LUFTI, ("Defendants"), individually and doing business as Church's Chicken, by and through their counsel of record, Bruce C. IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED that the Clerk's Default entered against Defendants on October 25, 2017 be set aside, and that Defendants shall be permitted to file an answer to Plaintiffs Amended Complaint within twenty (20) days after entry of the Court's Order granting this Stipulation and Order to Set Aside Default.
