ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION

This Court has reviewed the Report and Recommendation on the Rule 12(b)(6) Motions to Dismiss filed by Defendants Matthew Wiggins, The City of Kemah, Jack Fryday, Barbara Roberts, Alana Croker, Mark Foster, Alan Franks, Kathy Pierce, Dick Gregg, Jr. and Dick Gregg, III (Dkt. 113).
