ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION
JANE MAGNUS-STINSON, District Judge.
Having reviewed Magistrate Judge Mark Dinsmore's Report and Recommendation [dkt. 44] that Todd D. Bolyard's supervised release be modified, pursuant to Title 18 U.S.C. §3401(i), Rule 32.1(a)(1) Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure and Title 18 U.S.C. §3583, the Court now approves and adopts the Report and Recommendation. Mr. Bolyard shall reside at the Volunteers of America up to 120 days, at the discretion of the Probation Officer following the conclusion of his current period of service at the Volunteers of America ending on March 23, 2016.
