STIPULATION TO CONTINUE REVOCATION HEARING

JENNIFER A. DORSEY, District Judge.
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between Steven W. Myhre, Acting United States Attorney, and Christopher Burton Assistant United States Attorney, counsel for the United States of America, and Rene L. Valladares, Federal Public Defender, and Monique Kirtley, Assistant Federal Public Defender, counsel for Michael Patrick Hanna, that the Revocation Hearing currently scheduled on July 31, 2017 at 11:00 a.m., be vacated and continued to a date and time convenient to the Court, but no sooner than sixteen days.
This Stipulation is entered into for the following reasons:
1. Defense counsel will be out of the jurisdiction during the currently scheduled revocation hearing date. Defense counsel will be out of the jurisdiction from July 31, 2017 through August 4, 2017.
2. The defendant is in custody and agrees with the need for the continuance.
3. The parties agree to the continuance.
This is the first request for a continuance of the revocation hearing.
ORDER
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the revocation hearing currently scheduled for Monday, July 31, 2017 at 11:00 a.m., be vacated and continued to August 28, 2017 at the hour of 10:00 a.m.
