ORDER CONTINUING FURTHER CASE MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE TO SEPTEMBER 11, 2017
THELTON E. HENDERSON, District Judge.
On July 24, 2017, the Court held a case management conference with the parties in this case. The parties expressed an intent to participate in a second private mediation before Judge Edward A. Infante (Ret.) and requested to continue the case management conference to September 11, 2017. Good cause appearing, the Court hereby GRANTS the parties' request to continue the case management conference to September 11, 2017 at 1:30 PM in Courtroom 12, 19th Floor, San Francisco. The parties shall submit an updated joint case management conference statement no later than August 28, 2017. This continuance is done with the parties' understanding that a new judge will be randomly assigned to the case upon Judge Henderson's retirement, and that the new judge will have full discretion to re-schedule the case management conference to suit his or her court calendar.
