AND NOW, this 27th day of February , 2012, upon consideration of Plaintiff PNC Mortgage's Motion for Leave to Amend Complaint (ECF No. 35), and all papers submitted in support thereof and in opposition thereto, it is ORDERED as follows:
1. Plaintiff's request to add Counts XII and XIII to the Complaint is DENIED.
2. Plaintiff's request to add Defendant Pollicino and Defendant Superior to Count IX of the Complaint is DENIED.
