Crayton E. McELVEEN, Jr., Plaintiff-Appellant,
v.
COMMONWEALTH of Virginia; Daniel T. Mahon; P.
Crickenberger; Diane Elko, R.N.; Department of
Corrections; Ronald Angelone,
Defendants-Appellees.
No. 95-7530.
United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.
Submitted Nov. 16, 1995.
Decided Dec. 12, 1995.
Appeal from the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia, at Roanoke. Samuel G. Wilson, District Judge. (CA-95-925-R).
Crayton E. McElveen, Jr., Appellant Pro Se.
W.D.Va.
AFFIRMED.
Before MICHAEL and MOTZ, Circuit Judges, and BUTZNER, Senior Circuit Judge.
Affirmed by unpublished per curiam opinion.
PER CURIAM:
Appellant appeals from the district court's order denying his motion for a preliminary injunction. See 28 U.S.C.A. Sec. 1292(a)(1) (West 1993). We have reviewed the record and the district court's opinion and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. McElveen v. Virginia, No. CA-95-925-R (W.D.Va. Sept. 15, 1995). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
AFFIRMED.
