By order filed April 6, 2016, defendants' motion for more definite statement was granted and plaintiffs were granted leave to file a second amended complaint no later than May 6, 2016. That time period has now expired, and plaintiffs have not filed a second amended complaint.
Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that this action be dismissed without prejudice. See Local Rule 110; Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b).
