STIPULATION AND ORDER FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE DISMISSAL

WHEREAS the parties to this action have agreed on a settlement;

WHEREAS the settlement documents have been prepared and signed;

WHEREAS the settlements check have been requested;

WHEREAS the Court has ordered the filing of the dismissal by October 1, 2016;

NOW THEREFORE, the parties hereby stipulate, by and through their counsel of record, as follows:

1. The parties request that the Court extend the time for filing the dismissal from October 1, 2016 to October 17, 2016 so plaintiff may receive the settlement checks which have been ordered from the County of Sacramento before filing the dismissal of the action.

IT IS SO STIPULATED.

ORDER

After considering the Stipulation by and between the parties through their counsel of record, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: The time for filing the dismissal document be extended from October 1, 2016 to October 17, 2016 so plaintiff may receive the settlement check which has been ordered from the County of Sacramento before filing the dismissal of the action.
