STIPULATION AND ORDER TO VACATE TRIAL DATE AND SET CHANGE OF PLEA HEARING
DALE A. DROZD, District Judge.
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between the parties through their respective counsel, Assistant United States Attorney, Kathleen A. Servatius, counsel for the plaintiff, and Assistant Federal Defender, Megan T. Hopkins, counsel for defendant, Estelo Chaidez-Leon, that the matter be set for a change of plea hearing on January 17, 2017, at 10:00 a.m., before Honorable Dale A. Drozd. The parties further stipulate that the trial currently scheduled to begin on November 7, 2017, at 1:00 p.m. be vacated as to defendant Estelo Chaidez-Leon.
The parties have reached a resolution in this case and a plea agreement will be filed with the court.
ORDER
The Court has reviewed and considered the stipulation of the parties to vacate the trial and set a change of plea hearing in this case. Good cause appearing, the trial currently scheduled to begin on November 7, 2017, is vacated as to defendant Estelo Chaidez-Leon only and the matter is set for a change of plea hearing on January 17, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom 5 before District Judge Dale A. Drozd.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
