STIPULATION TO PERMIT THE DEPOSITION OF CLAYTON BORZINI AFTER THE CLOSE OF FACT DISCOVERY

The Parties hereby stipulate to the following:

1. The Parties stipulate and agree that Clayton Borzini's deposition will take place after the close of discovery on a date convenient to the parties and witness and before August 7, 2015. This stipulation does not extend discovery as to any other matter other than Mr. Borzini's deposition.

IT IS SO STIPULATED, THROUGH COUNSEL OF RECORD.

Based on the Stipulation of the Parties and Good Cause appearing therefore:

It is hereby Ordered that discovery is extended to permit AI-Daiwa, Ltd to take the deposition of Clayton Borzini. Such deposition will occur at a date and time convenient to the Parties and Mr. Borzini and on or before August 7, 2015.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
