STIPULATION FOR REQUEST FOR AN ORDER CONTINUING THE CASE MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE

SUSAN ILLSTON, District Judge.

IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by and between Plaintiffs JEANNIE ALDERSON and WILLIAM BROWN and Defendants UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, EILER J. SOMMERHAUG, M.D., PETALUMA VALLEY HOSPITAL, KENNETH SUSMAN, M.D., and MENDOCINO COAST DISTRICT HOSPITAL (hereinafter "all parties") by and through their undersigned Counsel, pursuant to Northern District Local Rule 6.1, 6.2, 7.12, for a Request for an Order Changing the date and time of the Case Management Conference as follows:

WHEREAS, the Settlement Conference in this matter has been rescheduled to March 4, 2016, all parties hereby request a continuance of the Case Management Conference, currently scheduled for January 15, 2016 at 3:00 p.m., to March 25, 2016 or whenever may be convenient to the Court.

The parties continued the Settlement Conference and the depositions of plaintiffs in this matter to allow counsel for Mendocino Coast District Hospital to make an appearance and participate in the litigation. The depositions are currently scheduled for January 25th and 26th, 2016. The parties agree that there are no discovery, procedural or other issues that need to be addressed with the Court until after the March 4, 2016 Settlement Conference.

WHEREFORE, the parties stipulate and request, for the compelling reason described above and in order to conserve the Court's valuable resources and the resources of the parties, that the January 15, 2016 Case Management Conference be vacated and rescheduled to March 25, 2016.
