ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO WITHDRAW
WILLIAM ALSUP, District Judge.
The Acting Secretary does not oppose Attorney Cynthia Browning's motion to withdraw (Dkt. No. 179). Therefore, and based on Attorney Browning's representation that her "withdrawal will not cause any prejudice or delay in this case" (Dkt. No. 177 at 2), the motion is GRANTED. The Court is mindful, however, that the prior withdrawal of current defense counsel's predecessors from Ropers, Majeski, Kohn & Bentley in November 2016 led to quite the snafu, which took two months to resolve and caused considerable delay in the case management schedule. As a precaution against a possible repeat of the aforementioned snafu, the Court retains jurisdiction over Attorney Browning until the conclusion of this action.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
