SAMEC, hereinafter referred to as "Respondent," and alleges: 1, Petitioner seeks to suspend, revoke or take other disciplinary action against the Respondent as licensee and against his license to practice contracting pursuant to Chapter 89-504, Laws of Florida, as amended. 2. At all times material Respondent was the qualifying contractor for Samec Tile & Marble, Inc. COUNT ONE 4. On or about March 15, 2000, Respondent employed one unlicensed person (James Tipton) as a subcontractor on the job at 3301 Bayshore Boulevard, N.E. 5. Respondent acted to assist an unlicensed person in the prohibited practice of contracting in violation of section 24(2)(e), Chapter 89-504, Laws of Florida. as amended. COUNT TWO 6.
