Petitioner, Ole , 2 le WO p —_ vs. : FDBPR Case N° 200404651 7 DIANE JEANNE TAYLOR, Respondent. a ADMINISTRATIVE COMPLAINT State of Florida, Department ‘of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Real Estate (“Petitioner”) files this Administrative Complaint against Diane Jeanne Taylor (“Respondent”) and alleges: ESSENTIAL ALLEGATIONS OF MATERIAL FACT and Realty, Inc., 9655 S. Dixie Hwy. #211, Miami, Florida 33156, FDBPR vs Diane Jeanne Taylor FDBPR Case N° 2004046517 Administrative Complaint 4. On or about October 7, 2003, Petitioner’s Investigator was investigating a complaint and interviewed Respondent during the course of Petitioner’s Investigation. 5. On or about October 7, 2003, Respondent informed Petitioner’s investigator that Respondent did not know Steven Slepian. 6. Respondent knew Steven Slepian before October 7, 2003, and assisted Steven Slepian in filing a complaint against a real estate licensee. COUNT I Based upon the foregoing, Respondent is guilty of making deceptive, untrue, or fraudulent representations in or related to the practice of a profession or employing a trick or scheme in or related to the practice of a profession in violation of Section 455.227(1)(m), Florida Statutes. . COUNT I Based upon the foregoing, Respondent is guilty of having obstructed or hindered in any manner the enforcement of Chapter 475, Florida Statutes or the performance of any lawful duty by any person acting under the authority of Chapter 475, Florida Statutes in violation of Section 475 -42(1)(i), Florida Statutes and, therefore, in violation of Section 475.25( 1)(e), Florida Statutes, WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests the Florida Real Estate Commission, or the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, as may be appropriate, to issue a Final Order as final agency action finding the Respondent(s) guilty as charged. The penalties which may be imposed for violation(s) of Chapter 455 of the Florida Statutes, depending upon the severity of the offense(s), include: revocation of the license, registration, or permit; suspension of the license, registration, or permit for'a period not to exceed ten (10) years; imposition of an administrative fine of up to $5,000 for each count or offense; imposition of i investigative costs; issuance of a reprimand; imposition of Probation subj ect to terms including, but not limited to, requiring the licensee, registrant, or permitee to complete and pass additional real estate education courses; publication; restriction of practice; injunctive or mandamus relief; imposition of a cease and desist order; or any combination of the foregoing which may apply.
