DETERMINATION NO. 20060925-007 STATE OF FLORIDA, AGENCY FOR HEALTH CARE ADMINISTRATION and HOLMES REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER, Respondent. / FINAL ORDER THIS CAUSE concerns a Petition for Administrative Hearing (“Petition”) that the Petitioners filed on March 6, 2007. On April 2, 2007, the Petition was forwarded to the Division of Administrative Hearings by the Agency and assigned to an Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”). On May 31, 2007, the Petitioners filed an Unopposed Notice of Voluntary Dismissal with Prejudice, stating that they had entered into a settlement agreement with Holmes Regional Medical Center and were voluntarily dismissing their Petition with prejudice pursuant to that agreement. On June 6, 2007, the ALJ assigned to the case entered an Order Closing File, a relinquishing jurisdiction back to the Agency. Based upon the foregoing, IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND ADJUDGED THAT: The Petitioners’ Petition is dismissed with prejudice, the Petitioners and Holmes Regional Medical Center shall comply with the terms of the settlement that they entered into, and this matter is hereby closed.
