This matter came before the Department for entry of a Final Order upon submission of an Order Closing Files and Relinquishing Jurisdiction by the Honorable John G. Van Laningham, Administrative Law Judge of the Division of Administrative Hearings, pursuant to the Stipulation of Withdrawal agreed upon by Petitioner, Pompano Imports, Inc. d/b/a Vista BMW, and Respondent, BMW of North America, LLC and Auto Company XXVII, Inc. d/b/a BMW of Delray Beach, a copy of which is attached, and incorporated by reference, in this order. The Department hereby adopts the Order Closing Files and Relinquishing Jurisdiction as its Final Order in this matter.
