I concur in the holding that there was not a sufficient showing in the bill for rescision, but I am not prepared to say that the facts alleged do not show a basis for some relief by way of abatement of purchase price. That, however, is not the relief sought in this action, and I agree with the opinion that the demurrer was properly sustained.
