Jay Holsey, t/a Bedrock Remodeling ("Plaintiff") and Travelers Home and Marine Insurance Company1 ("Travelers"), by their undersigned counsel, stipulate and agree that the time for Travelers to respond to the Complaint for Breach of Contract, Breach of Trust, Unjust Enrichment, Conversion, Fraud, and Objecting to Discharge and to Determine Non-Dischargeability is extended through and including April 10, 2013.

1. Travelers Home and Marine Insurance Company was incorrectly sued as Travelers Property Casualty Company of America. Plaintiff agrees that it will take such steps as necessary to amend the caption of the Complaint and serve the amended Complaint on Travelers. The instant stipulation is entered into out of an abundance of caution by Travelers, and if the Complaint is not amended and served as set forth in the preceding sentence, Travelers reserves the right to contend that it was not properly served.
