ORDER SUSTAINING TRUSTEE'S OBJECTION TO EXEMPTIONS
WILLIAM T. THURMAN, Bankruptcy Judge.
The trustee, Michael F. Thomson ("Trustee"), filed his Trustee's Objection to Exemptions (the "Objection") and his Notice of Trustee's Objection to Exemptions and Notice of Opportunity for Hearing (the "Notice") on January 31, 2013. The Notice and Objection were served on the Debtor and her counsel; however, no objection was filed in the allowed time and therefore no hearing is necessary. Based thereon, it is hereby
1. ORDERED that Debtor's claimed exemption in and to 100% of the funds held the Debtor's Wells Fargo Savings Account and Wells Fargo Checking Account is DISALLOWED in its entirety; and it is further
2. ORDERED that Debtor's claimed exemption in and to two vehicles is DISALLOWED; and it is further
3. ORDERED that Debtor is allowed to claim only a $2,500 exemption in and to either the "2003 Honda Pilot" or the "1987 Toyota Tacoma".
