I just can't manage the payments with all the interest. I own an LLC business. Only want to file personal. As of right now, I am not late on any payments, but just barely keeping my head above water with the unsecured debt payments. I have equity in my home and vehicles.
Probably a 13 but check with a local bankruptcy attorney before you do anything.
