i have not been able to talk to a lawyer because the incident was at 12:30am sat morning i have to go to court monday morning at 8:30 am what should i plead

Some lawyers, myself included, have 24 hour voice mail and/or take calls over the weekend. Nonetheless, you should plead NOT GUILTY. Get a copy of the Complaint and the police report and call a lawyer when you get out of court.
