14 Year Old Debt on Voluntarily Repossessed Vehicle
I voluntarily took a vehicle back in 1994 to the dealership where I purchased it. I've heard nothing for 14 years until recently and am now receiving calls from an agency which says that they will attach an $18,000 unearned income amount on my 2008 taxes if I don't pay them. I only paid $9K for the car to begin with 14 years ago!

it sounds like unfair collection practices..without more info, who knows?..we handle such cases..and I trust they di dnot sue you and you forgot..
