2nd amendment
does the fact that the recent us sc decision (District of Columbia v. Heller) originated in dc have any limiting impact on applying argument to other jurisdictions......ie state/county/city level. i seem to believe the scope may be narrowed, SOMEWHAT, based on fact that original case came out of district/columbia; as opposed to originating @ city/county/state level.

Hello. There should be no limiting impact. In fact there was a news report that lawsuits are being planned across the country now that this decision came down. Will be happy to discuss this further and in more detail.
