I need a yes or no answer on California state law - If collection companys can use computerizes auto-dialer or place false information on your Caller ID ?

As far as I am aware predictive dialers are legal. Caller ID spoofing is also legal but the laws are changing and anyway how would you prove this. Just don't answer and you'll be fine. Could I interest you in a nice Chapter 13 bankruptcy?
