in a domestic violence case i was subpoena to a pre trial metting with dis attorny and i dont remember how the insodent started
i was on medication so i cant remmeber how it started

All you have to do is tell what you can remember. The fact that you were on medication could result you testimony being of little value. You could contact the DA and explain that you do not know how the incident started. You should unless excused appear as required by the subpoena.
