Adjustment of status
Am I able to apply for Adjustment of status due to the true marriage with an american Citizen if my asylum case was denied and Appeal is still pending?

Yes, you should be able to do so. However, if you have issues regarding your entry into the US (illegally entry, fraud, etc) that may be an issue.
