admissible documents?
Child born outside TX. NCP resides outside of TX andsigned Declaration of Paternity so we could amend birth certificate. His attny is saying the documents are heresay because they are from the state the child was born in, not the state the NCP is from. His attny is asking that they not be even considered.
NCP also claimed under oath that he filed recissions and the state has no record of any. I was never notified as required. There was no court order to amend birth cert to remove NCP.

Where is your lawyer? If you don't have one, please get one. Your child needs a father.
