How can i adopt my daughter back from my mother?

The court will want to look at what has changed in the time custody was awarded to your mother and now. For the court to have awarded her custody in the first place, it must have found that it was in the child's best interest to be with her and not with you. So, your burden is to now show why this is not the case anymore.

This is not a process I recommend you try on your own. You will need an attorney to file paperwork with the court and make the necessary arguments.
