Advertisements in schools?
I am a student at a school in Florida. My school broadcasts a TV program every week for 15 minutes and we have to watch it. Included in the broadcast, is few commercials (often from cellular corporations).
Is that act constituitional? We students have no choice, but to watch the ads.
Re: Advertisements in schools?
I don't see any constitutional violation (at least of the federal constitution; maybe a Floriday lawyer will see a violation of the state constitution). And I doubt that you really "have no choice but to watch the ads". Do you think you will be punished if you ignore them?
