Do I have 180 days to file from time of discharge or from time EEOC goes to where I worked. There not going there till Aug. Will this be to late for me to file a law suit against my work place?

Re: age discrimanation

I'm assuming you've filed your EEO complaint. You have 90 days to file a lawsuit from the date you get your "right to sue" letter from the EEOC.

If you have not filed your EEO complaint you must do it within 300 days of the date of the incident.

It would be wise of you to obtain counsel soon.
