How do you write the answer response if the judgement is true and you want to make payment arrangements.

Use the same heading as the original complaint, except use ANSWER or RESPONSE for �Complaint�. Follow the numbering organization of the Complaint, �1. Admit, 2. Deny�� You will need to sign at the end of your Answer. There may be a fee to file the response with the court. In addition to the written answer, you might consider directly contacting the other party who brought suit against you. Maybe both of you could work out a payment schedule or some other agreeable resolution, without taking up court time.
