i suffer from migranies attacs and i have been fired for it,besides they climed that either i was on drugs or drunk

The central question is not why you were separated from your position, but rather could you perform your job functions despite your disability or could you perform them with a minor accomodation.
If you could not, then they have a 100% right to end your employment. If you could, and they were aware of your condition, then this is illegal discrimination on the basis of your disability and you have a right to bring a reasonable legal action.
