Bilingual Discrimination
I'm a bilingua resident of a teenage group home. My problem just raise yesterday because staff in this facility set a new rule which I thought was insane and totally not fair. They demanded me not to speak spanish when I'm in the facility(ELABORATION: Not to speak spanish when their is kids around me that don'r speak spanish). They set this new rule with the excuse that it made people uncomfortable and it was rude to do that. I feel they went too far. I should have a legal right that protects me to speak any laguage I prefer regardeless of what people think or do I not in this right in this case?

You are in a facility with rules imposed upon you because you got ordered there by the court. Your remedy would be to seek a court order clarifying the rules you complain about. You can hire counsel to do so. Until then, break the rules at your own risk.
