Bussiness Plan used by past employee

A past employee who worked for us for about two years as a supervisor, left us on good terms but within a year had started her own business. She copied our business plan almost copied our logo and name and is competing with us at the very same customers that we have been selling wholesale to for years. Also she tryed to still our best worker away by offering to pay her under the table, she did not except.

Question:

Is there any legal action that can be taken to shut her down and/or sue for something, not sure what.

Re: Bussiness Plan used by past employee

You may have claims for misappropriation of trade secrets, unfair competition (including intentional interference with contracts), and other causes of action; however, more information is needed to analyze your situation accurately. You may be able to ask a court for injunctive relief that restricts any unfair competition. The information provided and this forum does not provide enough basis to provide you with recommendations specific to your situation and you need to make an appointment with an attorney.
