c-section/hysterectomy

i had a c-section/hysterectomy...according to the Dr's i was bleeding alot and had to remove my uterus.to what i was told i was still bleeding after the hysterectomy. The Doctor had to call for another Doctor to come and finish my hysterectomy[Doctor took 20 minutes to get there]..i lost so much blood i need 5 pints of blood....so doctor gets there and had to remove the opening of my cervix and bleeding stopped. i was intubated and sent to ICU.now while removing the uterus doctors claims that maybe they cut, stitched or my urethra tube got swollen..so now i have a tube on my side draining out urine, recently got surgery to repair the damage and a yr later still have the draining tube on my side.
