can i sue someone for repairs needed on car
4 years ago i bought a car for a friend with the understanding she will make the payments but she did not and i had no use for it so i let her use it and made the payments but after i paid it off i decided i needed it and took it back but now it needs some work done to it can i sue her for the money it will cost to fix the car
