My babys father took my soon and told me he was gonna bring him back and during that time he filed court papers to get custody and i can only have supervised visits but there is no court order yet how is this possible? How can I get my son back asap?

You need to file a motion to set the custody and possibly go into the court ex-parte to set a temporary court order pending the hearing. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
