Chun vs NJ, I live in Atlanta
I got a dwi over a year ago. i live in Atlanta, but went with the stay as did most people. Will they report this to Georgia? I had a public defender and the Middlesex court knows my local address here in Atlanta, but still no word. I was hoping i could still drive here since it is a first time. Thanks,,

If you have pled guilty you are in one status and if your case was merely delayed you are in another status. I need more information.
