I had a 2 yrs green card then they give me a year extension and its already past and i'm still waiting on my 10 yrs card , can i apply for a citizenship since i have been married to an american for 4 yrs?

If it's been approximately 3 years since you were approved for your 2 year conditional residence, then you may apply for naturalization.
