community property
if one spouse purchased property prior to marriage but uses community money to pay the mortage during the marriage, is the spouse who didn't purchase the property entitled to the property being paid for by the community property?

It is probably that there is a community property interest in the house. However you should discuss this with an attorney as the facts of your case will determine the answer.
