construct repair notifications
I really need a form in which I can pass out to my neighbours informing them that I am doing repairs on my house and they are resposable for protecting there owne persional property.

Notifying neighbors of planned construction work is a nice, decent thing to do, and in some cases it might actually help in your defense of a suit for negligence that you had notified them. But in general you can't absolve yourself of liability by sending out notices. You need licensed contractors with the experience to avoid dangerous situations and with insurance to protect them - and you - if an accident does happen. You should also review the liability coverage in your homeowner's policy.
